* 1 egg
* 1/2 cup pureed pumpkin
* 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
* 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
* 2 tbsp cup vegetable oil (OR sub for more applesauce)
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1 cup flour
=== Optional "Frosting" ===
* 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
* 1/4 cup natural peanut butter

==Directions==
# Preheat oven to 350 degrees
# In a large bowl combine egg, pumpkin, applesauce, peanutbutter, and oil. Stir well
# Add flour & baking powder, stir to combine
# Pour into a greased 8" loaf pan
# Bake ~30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
# Allow to cool completely before removing
# In another small bowl mix yogurt and peanut butter for "frosting"
# Remove from loaf pan, slice, top with optional "frosting", and give to the bestest puppers

== Notes ==
* Remember that some sweeteners (like Xylitol aka "Birch Sugar") are toxic to animals, I use homemade peanut butter (which is just unsalted peanuts in a food processor) for this or you can just very carefully read labels.
* When buying pumpkin make sure you're getting plain "pureed pumpkin" and NOT "pumpkin pie filling"
