==Ingredients==
* 1 16 oz mason jar
* 6oz green lentils
* 5 oz red lentils
* Spices:  Curry Soup 
** 1 tbsp curry powder
** 3 tbsp dried minced onion
** 1/2 tsp garlic powder
** 1 tbsp dried parsley
** 1 tsp salt
** 2 tbsp chopped dried apple
* Spices: Italian Soup
** 1/3 tsp basil
** 1/3 tsp rosemary
** 1/3 tsp oregano
** 3 tbsp dried minced onion
** 1/2 tsp garlic powder
** 1 tbsp dried parsley
** 1 tsp salt
** 2 tbsp sundried tomatoes
* Spices: Mexican Soup
** 1 tbsp chili powder
** 1 tbsp dried cilantro
** 1 tsp salt
** 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* To prepare: Add 3 jars of water and simmer 30 minutes

# Layer 1 color of lentils into the jar.
# Layer in spices
# Finish jar by layering second color of lentls
