==Ingredients==
* 2 cups flour
* 2 cups sugar
* 1 cup water
* 1 1/4 cup sour cream
* 1/4 cup shortening
* 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 4 oz melted unsweetened chocolate (cool)
==Directions==
# Heat oven to 350 degrees
# Grease and flour a 13x9x2" oblong pan OR 2 9" round pans
# Measure all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix for 2 minutes at low speed, scraping the bowl consistantly
# Continue to beat for 3 minutes on high while scraping the bowl
# Pour into pan
# Bake: 40-45 minutes (oblong pan) / 30-35 minutes (round pans) until the top springs back when touched lightly with a finger (Or, when the shine is gone test with a toothpick). 
# Cool
