* 1 1/2 cup masa&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 tsp baking powder&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 tsp sugar&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 1/2 cups milk (see notes)&lt;br /&gt;

==Directions==&lt;br /&gt;
# Toss 2 tbsp of butter in the cast iron pan (put it in the oven) and turn on the oven to 425F&lt;br /&gt;
# mix all dry ingredients&lt;br /&gt;
# add softened butter (remaining 2 tbsp) &amp;amp; 2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;
# stir the crap out of it until it's all together&lt;br /&gt;
# add enough milk to make it look like brownie batter &lt;br /&gt;
# bake at 425F for 20 minutes - the edges will turn a nice brown and the center will get slightly golden looking&lt;br /&gt;
# let it cool for like 5-10m before eating.&lt;br /&gt;
(makes 8 decently sized wedges)&lt;br /&gt;

==Notes==&lt;br /&gt;
* Masa soaks up a LOT of liquid so you may end up having to add more milk than you think. It needs to be the consistency of brownie batter. &lt;br /&gt;
