Ingredients
Dressing
- 8oz Sour Cream
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
Salad
- 4lbs chicken breast, cooked and cubed
- 2 bunches green onions, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, water, curry powder, and salt
- In a large bowl, mix together chicken, green onions, celery, and cilantro
- Add dressing to salad mixture and mix together until fully combined
Meal Prep Servings
This recipe makes approx 10 meals of the below sizes
- 9-10 meals: ~1 cup of chicken salad (depending on how large the chicken is cut)
