Lentil Soup Mix

Ingredients

• 1 16 oz mason jar
• 6oz green lentils
• 5 oz red lentils
• Spices: Curry Soup
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 3 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped dried apple
• Spices: Italian Soup
  • 1/3 tsp basil
  • 1/3 tsp rosemary
  • 1/3 tsp oregano
  • 3 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sundried tomatoes
• Spices: Mexican Soup
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp dried cilantro
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• To prepare: Add 3 jars of water and simmer 30 minutes

Directions

1. Layer 1 color of lentils into the jar.
2. Layer in spices
3. Finish jar by layering second color of lentls
