Ingredients
- Peeled & Sliced apples
- 1 tsp + 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- salt
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- 9" pie plate (or square cake pan)
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Fill pan 2/3 - 3/4 full with peeled/sliced apples
- Sprinkle with 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon
- In a small bowl combine melted butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 1 egg, and a pinch of salt.
- Ribbon pour over the apples and sprinkle with walnuts (press walnuts gently into top)
- Bake 45-50 minutes or until the shine is gone
