==Ingredients==
* 8 [[Buttermilk Biscuits|Biscuits]]
* 1 lb uncooked breakfast sausage
* 1/4 cup white flour
* 2 cups milk
* salt and pepper to taste

==Directions==
# Crumble and cook sausage in a large skillet until browned
# Stir in flour until dissolved
# Gradually stir in milk
# Cook until thickened 
# Season with salt and pepper
# Serve over biscuits

==Notes==
* Buttermilk substitution
** You can also substitute regular milk for buttermilk if you don't have any
** For each cup of buttermilk, you can use 1 tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice plus enough milk to measure 1 cup.
