Italian Dressing

Ingredients

• 7 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 2 tsp granulated sugar
• 2 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 16 oz mason jar (or any container with a lid)

Directions

1. Add all dry ingredients to jar
2. Add water and vinegar and shake until well combined
3. Add oil and shake until well combined

Notes

• You can play with the oil/water ratio as desired
• Shake well before each use, it will separate
