Ingredients

  • 1 cup extra light olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
  • 2 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a 16oz jar and blend with an immersion blender.
