Chick Pea Salad

Ingredients
Dressing
- Olive Oil
- Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salad
- 3 19oz cans chick peas
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 lbs spinach, chopped
- 1 package cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8oz feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, garlic powder
- In a large bowl, mix together chick peas, green onions, spinach, tomatoes, and feta
- Add dressing to salad mixture and mix together until fully combined
