Cornbread (sweet)

Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup cornmeal (fine ground)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
Directions
- preheat oven to 400°
- butter or grease a 9" round cake pan
- mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl
- add butter, eggs, milk and whisk until combined
- pour into pan, bake for 25-30 minutes until top is golden
- allow to cool, slice into wedges, and serve!
