- 32 oz frozen pre-cooked meatballs
- 13.5 oz can unsweetened pineapple chunks (put juice aside)
- 1 large green pepper diced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2/3 cup white vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Place meatballs in crock pot, top with peppers and pineapple chunks
- In a separate bowl mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, corn starch, vinegar, and soy sauce.
- Pour over meatballs in crock pot
- Cook on low 3-4 hrs until heated through.
